Brief Description: Got wing cradles from Mike Andresen

Mike had advertised a free (well, nearly) set of wing cradles on the VAF forums and, since Phoenix is not that far away, I took him up on it. I had been dreading building my own - well, not really - and these were convenient. Unfortunately, weather did not cooperate the previous weekend, dropping nearly 2 feet of snow on Flagstaff. It looked like this weekend would be similar but the storm was not supposed to hit until noon so, with Oak Creek Nut Brown in hand as payment, Myron and I dashed down the hill. Unfortunately, in my rush I forgot the camera so I have no pictures of Mike, his beautiful RV-10 project, or fellow builder Gary Christensen. The weather was nice all the way down and we ended up spending more time poking around the hangar than I had intended (after first going to the wrong airport - Mesa Gateway is not Mesa Falcon Field. We finally got back on the road around 11 and got back to Flagstaff around 2:30, with the storm still waiting in the wings. As it turned out, it didn't hit until after nightfall, so we could have rushed less. Anyway, here are the pictures of the cradles, along with Mike's signature - to be joined by mine when I pass the cradles on.
