Brief Description: Assemble rear spar and seat ribs
Riveted the flap motor mount into the inboard ribs and then bolted the rib assembly to the aft main spar. Next, I riveted all the ribs to the spar web and then set the spar horizontally so that the ribs projected upward. I then clecoed the bottom skin to the spar and ribs and clecoed the aft spar to the rear of the ribs before final drilling all the rib/spar holes. Once the spar was in place, I used the bottom skin as a guide to flute the outboard ribs to match the curvature and clecoed and drilled them into place.
Next I cut apart the rear seat belt bracket parts and deburred all the edges. Then I assembled the brackets to the appropriate left and right seat ribs to make four ribs with brackets and, finally, assembled all the rear seat ribs to the rear spar in preparation for final drilling.
