Punched hole in structure for locatiing P1 shell. Brought all wiring runs to the location, crimped/soldered pins and checked continuity. Inserted all pins in shell and assembled shell. Connected P1 and ops checked all equipment except ignition connections.
Attempted to contact FLG ground but was unable to be heard; suspect power supply is insufficient to transmit with.
