Brief Description:  worked on 1st wing; fabricating tie downs

Began fabricating tie down assemblies.
Of course, we couldn't find the parts for at elast 20 minutes.

fluted most of the rest of the main ribs for the next wing as well.

Drilled and tapped the tie down brackets to thread in the forged rings. We would highly recommend the forged rings as they are much better

Drilled the bracket to 5/16" and hand tapped it to 1" thread depth

Spacers are a pain. Cut them no problem, but the 1" lightening hole is tricky. Used th estep drill to take it out as far as possible. Taking to Martin Falls shop at Post Air to use the milling machine to finish them up.
