Drill fuel tank supports Cowl fibreglass support, spar bracket packers and baggage compartment Root ribs - cowl supports and baggage compartment Root rib panels - cut out and varnish Rough cut out fuselage top panels in carbon - fibreglass cowl support joint Prepare electrical drawing and remove cowl support and trim Glue root rib side plates Glue fuselage sides trim fuselage sides elevator mount blocks drill plywood elevator mounting blocks and brackets - test fit engine block Mount rudder and brackets - check cable run and mark/drill cable exits at tail for rudder Install engine and cowl - trim fit - glue fuselage support members and elevator blocks - add 3/4" balsa nose to cowl top Aerovee fit and cowl modifications - new intake required to suit Aerovee carburettor Purchase foam and start to cut cowl to fit and glue 3/4" balsa nose to bottom trim cowl shap and glass remove foam from cowl and trim Turtle deck - cowl blending and fuselage painting (harness area) Firewall forward trial fitout and varnish rear of fuselage - need to make new turtle deck section - too short Front wing connection slot fuselage - bottom seat belt bracing sand front fuselage and varnish Bottom seat belt connection and varnish
