Press in prop bushes into prop hub and review engine assembly Ream out spinner face plate and dry assemble engine block Trim cowl and trial fit - more work needed on this Ream out 3/8" holes in engine mount and drill holes in firewall to alignment Cut spar to correct length trial fit brackets drill 1/2" holes and fit to airframe - varnish end grain Varnish plywood for rudder pedals Drill spar brackets for top connection - 4140 brackets made by Genco Engineering Trim cowl assemble spar and make 1/4" end plates - glue in position Drill instrument panel - trial fit spar - ream holes and glue cross members between former 2/3 Drill 4140 spar bracket to match spar Fuel tank supports and fibreglass cowl support - visit to Phil Bird Cowl fibreglass support - top section
