Order Aerovee engine and Prince propeller Install joystick and check assembly - try fit in cockpit Drill 7/16" holes in spar brackets and make spar ply blocks - check cable runs Cutout and glue spar spacers 9/16 Ply Mark out and cut gear leg profiles Draw components for manufacture - bake drums front spar connection and spacers Bore out gear legs for 5/8" axles - Medina Engineering Wax and apply 2 layers of glass cloth to top cowl plug Apply 3rd layer of glass cloth to top cowl Apply 4th layer of glass cloth to top cowl Trim and remove cowl from mould Apply 6 coats of wax to bottom mould and lay 2 layers of 6oz cloth Add 3rd layer of glass cloth Add 4th layer of fibreglass cloth Trim and remove cowl from mould Add carbon to top of bottom cowl
