Brief Description:  Measured & Corrected Play in Wings

Noticed that both wings exhibited play at the stub spars when grabbing wing handhold and moving forward/aft. Called Van's and they had a document to measure and correct the play.

Using a caliper taped to top of wing at most aft inboard corner of wing skin. Measured the following play:
- LH Wing - 0.030 inch
- RH Wing - 0.020 inch

Ordered W-1207B-25 (0.025 inch oversize) and W-1207B-35 (0.035 inch oversize) rear spar doublers.

Filed edges and deburred doublers, Scuffed doublers with Scotch Brite pads, cleaned with Acetone, and primed with Zinc Phosphate primer.

Removed existing doubler and inboard flaperon hinge from rear wing spar.

Clecoed doubler into position and with Denise's help, trial fit the wing. Very tight fit but was able to install spar pins and verified no wing play for each wing. Removed wing and doubler.

Countersunk inboard rivet row for flaperon hinge so countersunk rivets (CS4-4) can be installed per Van's document. This should also clear up the rivet rubbing issue with up flaperon on RH wing.

Riveted doubler and flaperon hinge to aft wing spar. Ended up using LP4-5 rivets on LH wing at the location of the 2nd and 3rd wing rib flange - not enough LP4-4 rivets. Inspected shop head using light and mirror and they look great. The LP4-5 rivets make more sense than the LP4-4 at those locations because the rivets are sandwiching 3 pieces of metal (doubler, rear spar, and wing rib flange). All other LP4-4 rivets are securing the doubler and wing spar only.

Installed wings. Had a little trouble with the right wing by not being able to install spar pins. Multiple iterations of removing spar stub material until pins could be installed. Spar pins tight and zero wing play.
