Page 52-02 Trimmed and installed grips onto handle. Installed quick release buttons. (steps 1 through 3) Cut and applied hook part of Velcro on outer extension handles. (step 4) Removed nose wheel, final drilled holes in nose fork, and installed bolts, washers, and nuts for tow bar attachment points. Re-installed nose wheel in accordance with KAI page 35-06, step 6. Page 52-03 Installed outer extensions over handle assembly and installed in rudder lock position. With rudder pedals pushed forward and extension arms in proper position against rudder pedals, marked end of extensions. Removed tow bar. (steps 1 through 3) Placed handle assembly on table and laid extensions in proper position next to handle assembly. Marked quick release button centers on extensions, then moved mark 1/8" away from the extension fingers. Drilled 1/4" hole in each extension and deburred. (step 4) PAGE 52-03 IS COMPLETE
Page 52-04 Mated hook side and loop side of remaining Velcro strip, then folded extra length of loop back onto itself. Installed "folded over" section on one of the extension hook pieces. (steps 1 and 2) PAGE 52-04 IS COMPLETE
