Brief Description:  Finish Fitting Cooling Duct

Had to trim the cooling duct as well as the duct interface to get a satisfactory fit at the aft end. (step 9)

Used 1/4" spacers and determined that additional trimming on the cooling duct was required. Also trimmed a bit more on the outboard edge of the duct interface. Also noticed that the duct interface does not perfectly aligned with the seal face. The duct interface appears to be shifted to the right about 1/4"-1/2". Went ahead and repositioned the heat exchanger by moving it outboard and removing the washer spacers on the inboard mount holes. Alignment is better but still a little off. Going to go with this for now and check once the duct seals are installed. (step 10)

Marked the edges and removed the cooling duct assembly. (steps 11 and 12)

Using 80 grit sandpaper, scuffed bonding areas on the cooling duct, duct interface, and bottom cowl. (step 13)

Drilled two #30 drain holes at the front and back of the cooling duct. (step 14.
