Removed left hinge pins and flexed bottom cowl to insert cooling duct. Aligned cooling duct with oval opening in front of bottom cowl and aligned top aft flange at 27/32" distance from top of cowl, then drilled and inserted clecoes in top flange. (steps 2 through 5)
Verified that bottom of cooling duct aligned parallel to bottom of heat exchanger, then drilled and clecoed into place at bottom aft flange. (step 6)
Removed bottom cowl, fit/trimmed duct interface, then reinstalled bottom cowl with cooling duct still installed. Marked cooling duct 5/16" from seal face, then removed bottom cowl/cooling duct assembly. Trimmed aft edge of cooling duct at marks. (steps 7 and 8)
Installed duct interface over trimmed edge of cooling duct and reinstalled bottom cowl with cooling duct and duct interface installed. Duct interface needs to be trimmed but stopped here for the night.
