Page 38-09 Removed cowl close-out, dimpled nutplate rivet holes, and dimpled nutplates. Riveted nutplates to cowl close-out. (step 6) Installed bottom and top cowl. Fiberglass did not extend beyond the cowl close-out so no snading required. (step 7) PAGE 38-09 IS COMPLETE
