Brief Description:  Adjusted Propeller Blade Pitch

Using wood blocks and level, rotated propeller so blades were horizontally level. (steps 1 through 3)

Set digital level relative angle to 0 degrees at the canopy deck, then installed prop pitch bracket and level on backside of right prop blade. After many iterations, got blade adjusted within specs. Rotated propeller 180 degress and repeated for the other prop blade. (steps 4 through 6)

Final torqued propeller bolts by step torquing bolts in a crisscross pattern to 120-175-235 inch pounds. Final measured angles on torqued propeller are 71.35 degrees and 71.40 degrees. Within specification tolerances of 71.4 +/- 0.1 degrees and within 0.2 degrees of each other. (step 7)

Installed spinner but only installed a handful of screws and washers in case spinner needs to come off again before first engine start. Reinstalled hand-tight the lower spark plugs. (step 8)
