Dimpled pitot tube. Unfortunately, had to take one more pass with #29 drill bit and breached pitot tube wall. (steps 1 through 4)
Fitted pitot block on back of gearbox and had to trim bottom aft to clear cooling shroud. Installed pitot block and secured with cap screws and washers. Tightened 1/4 turn after screws were hand tight. Safety wired cap screws together with 0.032 inch safety wire. (step 5)
Tapped locking screw through holes in pitot block, removed, added a small dab of RTV on tip of screw to seal breach, and installed hand tight to lock pitot tube in place. (step 6)
Routed and trimmed pitot line, connected to pitot tube via pitot interconnect tube, and secured with double-wrap of 0.032 inch safety wire. (step 7)

Trimmed base of spinner and cut out propeller root openings. Set cutout pieces aside for use later. (steps 1 and 2)
Sanded tip of spinner until bushing fit properly. Radiused inside edge of spinner bushing hole. Roughed surface of bushing, applied Loctite 242, and pressed into spinner hole (steps 3 and 4)
Drew centerline on flange of spinner plate. Accomplished by mounting to side of Scotch Brite wheel on arbor of grinder. While holding Sharpie, rotated spinner plate to draw line. (step 5)
While mounting spinner plate and hub mount half to engine flange, noticed anomaly in bolts. It appears that half of the bolts are too long to mount the other half of the hub. Email out to Van's to resolve.
