Brief Description:  Install Drip Trays

Removed damping spring, loosened band clamp, and removed carburetor. Disconnected fuel line clamp from intake manifold. (step 1)
Removed two bolts securing flange to intake manifold. Installed drip tray between intake manifold and carburetor flange. KAI calls for Loctite 221 and Rotax IPC calls for Loctite 243. Going with IPC, but only have Loctite 242 so used that after cleaning threads real good. Torqued bolts to 135 inch-pounds per IPC (KAI says 125 inch-pounds). (steps 2 and 3)
Step 4 implies that there is a potential rub issue between the bottom of the carburetor and drip tray and puts a 1/4" drop of fuel tank sealant on tray. Clearance is easily 3/4" to 1" so the 1/4" drop of sealant doesn't do anything. Thinking that there has been a configuration change but the KAI has not yet caught up so considering this step as NA for my configuration. Forums also suggest the same thing.
Reinstalled carburetor, tightened band clamp, connected damping spring, and installed fuel line clamp. Repeated all steps again for the other carburetor. (step 5) Verified that throttle arm on RH carburetor clears the cut out on the outboard edge of the drip tray for the RH carburetor.
