Page 37-07 (Rev 4) Match drilled nutplates to fuel neck flange, machine countersunk holes, and riveted nutplates to fuel neck flange. (steps 5 through 8)
Page 37-09 (Rev 1) Previously installed fuel supply and return tubes. Masked off inside of turtle deck skin, then applied Boelube. Smeared fuel tank sealant to fuel neck flange, installed and aligned holes, and secured with screws. Screws were tightened just enough for fuel sealant to bulge from flange area and not deform outer skin. Slid fuel neck collar over fuel tank flange and tightened clamps. Removed tape from inside of turtle deck skin. (step 1)
Waiting for fuel tank sealant to cure before proceeding to step 2.
UPDATE 9-16-16 Removed excess sealant from filler neck and installed fuel cap. (step 2)
