Page 25-05 Removed aft window and opened holes in window. Plans called for #27 drill but I used a 5/16" plastic drill bit and also slightly chamfered edges by hand with a step drill. Final drilled holes in roll bar frames and tapped with 6-32 tap. (steps 4 {remaining part} and 5) PAGE 25-05 IS COMPLETE
Page 25-06 With Denise's help, aligned aft window and installed screws around the perimeter about every third or fourth hole. Fit was tighter than I wanted but it does fit. Realized that paper covering was still installed on the inside of the window under the roll bar brace. Denise was able to remove the paper using a popsicle stick but there are smudges in areas that I won't be able to get to once window is final installed. May have to remove the window again, clean the smudges, and then reinstall.
