A batch of CS-3204 Flamemaster B2 sealant was already mixed up for the failed attempt to install the tank doublers for SB 13-12-19 so installed the anti-rotation bracket and bulkhead fitting.
Smothered anti-rotation bracket and flange of bulkhead fitting with sealant, installed into tank main skin, and riveted. Secured fitting with nut. Liberally applied sealant around the bulkhead fitting and nut inside the tank. (steps 13 and 14)
