Page 42M-03 Installed fuses in power & switch module. Verified that correct amperage rating was installed in the correct slots. (step 1)
Page 42M-04 Machine countersunk attach holes in center panel. Also, machine countersunk rivet holes that attach the nutplates for the autopilot and knobs panels. FInally, drilled 1/4" hole for dimmer knob (see next page). Scuffed panel with Scotch Brite pad, cleaned with Acetone, and primed with Stewart Systems Ekoprime. Finished with a clear coat of Rustoleum satin finish. After drying, installed power & switch module to center panel. Attached center panel to stack angles. (steps 1 through 3). PAGE 42M-04 IS COMPLETE
Page 42M-05 Removed backshell from WH-00031 switch module harness and connected dimmer wires to pins 7 and 8. Reinstalled backshell and routed wires to center panel. Drilled dimmer hole on previous page. Shortened potentiometer shaft and temporarily installed in center panel and attached knob. (steps 1 through 5) PAGE 42M-05 IS COMPLETE
