Brief Description: Floor Panels & Major Fuselage Joints Riveted
Riveted pilot arm rest, pilot step floor, pilot seat ramp floor, and both baggage floors. Also installed nutplates as specified in Section 21 of the KAI. Did not have enough CS4-4 rivets or K1100-08 nutplates to complete the baggage floor. Parts on order and will install when received.
Riveted mid fuselage-to-lower forward fuselage joint and mid fuselage-to-tailcone joint. Also riveted areas on lower forward fuselage that had rivets removed to facilitate removal/installation of the fuselage bottom skin. Ran out of LP4-3 rivets so unable to complete riveting the fuselage bottom skin. Rivets on order.
Also removed the overhead supports now that the major fuselage/tailcone sections are riveted together and no risk of twisting/bending.
