Deburred holes in both lower skins. Filed all edges to remove sharp edges. Masked edges of skins where there are overlapping joints they they can be primed. Scuffed lower skins with Scotch Brite pad, cleaned with Acetone, and primed with A-702 Zinc Phosphate primer. Also primed the J-stiffener/shear clip assemblies.
