Brief Description:  Routed Fuselage AOA Tubing

Purchased parts for AOA installation documented on Vans Airforce RV-12 Forum. Chose to use 1/8" ID tubing instead of 1/16" ID tubing. Plan to use a rivet for AOA port and 1/8" ID tubing should work better (at least that's the theory).

Drilled 3/8" hole is electrical connector cover plate. Location selected to avoid hitting wiring on the other side with drill bit. Deburred hole and installed SB375-3 snap bushing.

Routed tubing through snap bushing and then followed wire routing from wing connector, through center tunnel, then through same snap bushings as ADSB cable in F-1204A and F-1204D bulkheads. Continued aft with tubing and secured to fuel return line with tie wraps, then tie wrapped to ADSB cable as it crosses the flaperon bearing bracket.

The aft end of tubing is laying loose in the tail cone and will finish installation when bottom tail cone skins are removed as part of mouse damage repair.
