Step 29 Cleaned out interior areas of fuselage. The vacuum with a small hose didn't work too well for me so I used a magnet attached to the end of 1 foot long piece of Romex electrical cable. Confident that I got all of the rivet ends.
Step 30 Removed rogue CHERRYMAX rivet and reinstalled one more time and had same problem. Drilled out one more time but opened the hole to an oblong shape in the top of the upper skin attach flange. Also slightly gouged the center section but does not appear that the hole was opened too much. Ordered slightly longer CR3213-4-6 rivets and installed from the bottom up. Used an NAS1149 washer over the end of the rivet prior to setting. CHERRYMAX rivet set properly with stem breaking flush with the head and the locking collar set. I think I'm going to go with this for now but may decide to replace with next size CHERRYMAX.
