Step 40 (erroneously marked as step 34 in SB) Deburred 1/4" holes in center section, U-1202C-B outboard doubler plates and U-1202D-B outboard wear plates.
Step 41 Cleaned up drill shavings.
Step 42 Machine countersunk holes on bottom sides of U-1202D-B outboard wear plates. Used scrap AN4 bolt to align holes in drill press. Cut with 100 degree countersink using machine oil. Verified that AN509-416R17 screw head sits flush with wear plates.
