Brief Description: Additional Holes in Center Section (SB 12-11-09)
Step 35 Removed vinyl and added double-sided tape to F-1204V template.
Step 36 Installed drill template, U-1202 outboard main gear attach bracket, U-1202C-B outboard doubler plate, and U-1202D-B outboard wear plate for RH gear. Used bolts and nuts removed from original gear installation to secure all parts in place.
Step 37 Match drilled #30 through template, center section, doubler plate and wear plate. Used standard #30 drill bit in Dremel tool to provide enough clearance while drilling holes. Removed template and repeated for LH gear.
Step 38 Drilled 1/4" holes through template still installed at LH gear. Removed all parts for LH gear and ensured all parts were marked so they're reinstalled in the same location.
Step 39 Relocated template back to RH gear, re-tightened hardware, and drilled 1/4" holes through center section, doubler plate, and wear plate. Removed all parts for RH gear and ensured all parts were marked so they're reinstalled in the same location.
