Cut and installed MS21266-1N nylon grommet in torque tube hole in corner baggage skins. Slid flaperon toruqe tubes through holes in baggage corner skins and between brackets in flaperon torque arms. With flap handle in lowest (flaps up) position, installed rig pin (used #12 drill bit instead of AN3-21A bolt). Installed wings and aligned flaperon acutation brackets with torque tubes. (page 32-09, steps 1 through 4). Page 32-09 is complete.
Clamped edge of LH flaperon to align with wing trailing edge. Flushed ends of flaperon torque tube (no trimming necessary) and installed 0.063 spacer and clamp. Match drilled holes in flaperon torque arm and flaperon torque tube. Clecoed holes. Repeated for RH side. Removed and stored wings. Removed flaperon torque tubes and flaperon torque arms. Match drilled #30 the other side of the flaperon torque arms and flaperon torque tubes. Final drilled holes to #12. Installed flaperon torque arms. Installed flaperon torque tubes and secured with bolts. Did not connect flaperon pushrod assemblies to flaperon torque arms on this page. Will install bolts using instructions on page 44A-03. (page 32-10, steps 1 through 9). Page 32-10 is complete
