Installed rudder (page 11-02, step 5). Torqued nuts and applied torque stripe. Rudder moves freely from stop to stop.
Installed bushing between pulley brackets and then installed forward stabilator cables to control column. Installed pulleys between pulley brackets and verified that cables are in grooves of pulleys. Using strings previously installed, pulled aft stabilator cables through aft bulkhead. (page 32-13, steps 2 through 5, and partial step 6).
Routed forward stabilator cables aft through F-1207B and F-1206A bulkheads. Routed aft stabilator cables through F-1204A & D bulkheads. Loosely connected forward and aft stabilator cables using turnbuckles. (page 32-14, steps 1, 2 and 3).
