A good day in the airplane factory. Got the tailcone attached - yeah!
Using bending tool from wing close out, bent tabs on top and upper skin of tailcone. (page 25-02, steps 1 and 2) Page 25-02 is complete.
With great help from Michael, aligned the tailcone and clecoed into place. Verified that overlaps of skins are correct at all locations. Riveted shoulder strap lugs to tailcone. Added masking tape over holes in the forward edge of top and upper tailcone skins. (page 25-03, steps 1 through 4). Page 25-03 is complete.
Riveted shear clips to baggage bulkheads. Clecoed baggage corner skins in place and clecoed into place. Riveted all open holes (except forward edge of baggage corner skins) to secure tailcone to forward fuselage. Removed tape from top and upper tailcone skins. (page 25-04, steps 1 through 3). Page 25-03 is complete.
