Applied heat shrink to end of GPS Out wire and ELT Power wire and tied wrapped both to the phone cable. Removed left fuel pump bolt, final drilled holes in clamp and inserted bolt. I spent a long time trying to get the bolt, with clamp and pump ground wire, to line up with hole and start the threads. I finally had to set my ego aside and ask Denise to give me a hand. Eventually I just backed off and she got the bolt started. Finished torquing bolt and applying torque stripe. Crimped spade connector on the end of the pump power wire. (page 31B-11, steps 4, 6, and 7). Page 31B-11 is complete.
Routed WH-00045 options wire harness through aft snap bushing in panel base and aligned heat shrink band. Routed wires through upper snap bushing in left com support and then through the cushion clamp near the left fan. Continued routing harness wires through fuel flow transducer cushion clamp and upper snap bushing in F-1202F bulkhead. Started separating out wires in harness and my color blindness got in the way so put it up for the night until Denise can help during daylight tomorrow. (page 31B-15, steps 1 through 3).
