A very good day in the garage completing SkyView structural upgrades.
Using F-00011 Skyview template, cut and drilled USB connector opening. (page 42D-05, steps 1 through 5).
Page 42D-05 is complete.
Using ES-50029 AV-50000 drill guide, drilled control module attach and ventilation holes. (page 42D-06, steps 1 through 4).
Page 42D-06 is complete.
Using F-00011 Skyview template, drilled transponder attach holes. (page 42D-07, steps 1 through 4).
Page 42D-07 is complete.
Using F-00011 Skyview template, drilled EMS module attach holes. (page 42D-08, steps 2 through 4; steps 1 and 5 not applicable).
Page 42D-08 is complete.
Separated F-00026-L & -R instrument stack angles and machine countersunk all #40 holes. Match drilled F-00027-L & -R com supports to panel base and deburred parts. Scuffed instrument stack angles and com supports with Scotch Brite pad and primed. Installed nutplates to instrument stack angles. Riveted instrument stack angles and com supports to panel base. (page 42D-09, steps 1 through 5).

Using F-00011 Skyview template, drilled ADAHRS bracket holes to F-1278 tailcone top skin. (page 42D-10, steps 2 and 3; step 1 not applicable).
Page 42D-10 is complete.
Drilled additional hole in F-1207D-L baggage bulkhead channel and installed SB375-4 snap bushing. (page 42D-11, step 1).
Page 42D-11 is complete.
Scuffed ADAHARS brackets with Scotch Brite pad and primed. Riveted ADAHRS brackets to F-1278 tailcone top skin. (page 42D-12, step 1).
