Installed spring and fuselage pin stopper in fuselage pin. Applied Loctite #242 to screw and installed into stopper. Repeated for the other fuselage pin (screw installed opposite side). After Loctite dried, actuated stopper by pressing down on screw. One assembly worked fine but the other was stuck. Obviously applied too much Loctite and got it on the sides of the stopper. Disassembled, cleaned up the stopper and inside surface of pin, and then reassembled. Both pins now work correctly. (page 30-02, step 5). Page 30-02 is complete.
