Brief Description: Trial Fit Flap Handle & Adjust Fuel Line
Trial fit the flap handle and F-1262 flap handle blocks between seat ribs in the tunnel. There was no clearance between the bottom pivot tube of the flap handle and the top of the fuel supply line. Made Ken Scott's bludgeoning tool and used it to "adjust" the fuel line so it laid flat against the fuselage bottom skin. Worked beautifully and gave a nice gentle curve in the fuel line from the bottom skin to the bushing in the bulkhead. Refit the flap handle and flap handle blocks. Folded a peice of paper over itself 4 times and was able to slide between the bottom of the flap handle and top of fuel line. Probably at least 1/8" clearance with no perceptible deformation of the fuel line. I like it!
