Final drilled 1/4" holes in control stick bushings. Filed bushings until they fit snuggly between flanges of WD-1210 control column. Filed tubes on WD-1212 control sticks until bushings were just protruding from each end. Took a lot of time to iteratively file and fit to get correct fit. Trial fit control sticks on control column but had to remove pilot stick and do some more filing. Refit and everything looked fine. (page 32-05, steps 2 through 4).
