Brief Description: Verified No Tank Leaks & Drill Fuel Cap
Balloon was still relatively firm - expected some softening of the balloon over time. Declaring the tank leak free. Removed the balloon, tape, hose clamps and air valve. Left filler neck attached to the tank for convenience. Disassembled fuel cap, drilled both vent holes, and reassembled fuel cap. (page 37-07, steps 2 through 4).
All that's left to Section 37 is to install the fuel tank. That will have to wait until earier sections are completed.
