Brief Description:  Balloon Deflated - Leak Identified

Came home from work and chekced the balloon and it was almost completely deflated. Pumped more air into the tank and was able to deflate the balloon fairly quickly. One of the noticeable things was while massaging the balloon, got a faint whiff of fuel tank sealant. Mixed up some more soapy water and applied to the balloon connection. Bubbles formed around the masking tape used to hold the balloon to the fuel flange. Looks like what happened is that prior soaking of the masking tape with soapy solution the day before softend the tape to the point that it started leaking. Removed the masking tape and balloon. Installed a new balloon, secured with electrical tape, and pumped tank full of air. No longer smell fuel tank sealant while massaging balloon. Tank sent back the bedroom while I'm out of town for a few days. Will check again on Saturday.
