Brief Description:  Adjusted Float Arm & Temp Installed Fuel Tank

Riveted nutplates to T-1205 forward tank bracket (page 37-02, step 12). Although not mentioned in the plans, match drilled empty hole in T-00009 clip to T-1205 tank bracket and filled with AN426AD4-6 rivet.

Dremeled off the broken mandrels in four rivets (see earlier entries).

Bent float arm and attached to clips in sending unit. Temporarily attached res sender plate, gasket, and fuel sending unit to F-1202 forward bulkhead assembly. Adjusted float arm to get empty (1 5/8 inches) and full (10 1/4 inches) travel. Removed res sender plate, gasket, and fuel sending unit.
Page 37-04 is complete.

NOTE
Page 37-05 (revision 4) and 37-06 (revision 2) assumes that the T-1204A top tank skin already has the hole for T-1204B flange, but kit was an earlier release without the hole. The following page, revision, and steps will be used to install the filler assembly:
Page 37-05 (rev 4) - Use steps 1 through 8 and 10 as written
Page 37-05 (rev 4) - Ignore steps 9 and 10
Page 37-06 (rev 2) - Ignore steps 1 through 5
Page 37-06 (rev 2) - Use steps 6 through 9 as written
Page 37-05 (rev 3) - Ignore steps 1 through 8
Page 37-05 (rev 3) - Use steps 9 through 11as written
Page 37-06 (rev 1) - Use steps 1 through 5 as written
Page 37-06 (rev 1) - Ignore steps 6 through 9

Clecoed T-1204A top tank skin to tank assembly (page 37-05, step 9).

Temporarily bolted fuel tank to center section assembly and F-1207J attach angle (page 37-06, step 1).

Temporarily clecoed F-1277-L and -R turtle deck skins to center section so T-1211 fuel neck can be match drilled.
