Brief Description:  Started Building Fuel Tank

Decided to dive into the wonderful world of sealing the fuel tank and convinced Denise to give me a hand. She dipped the rivets in Proseal and placed them in the holes and I riveted them - worked out well. Started by scuffing mating surfaces areas and outer surfaces with Scotch Brite pad and cleaned with MEK.
Applied Proseal around perimeter of hole in T-1202 forward tank bulkhead and riveted nutplates and T-407 ring to bulkhead. Applied Proseal and installed VA-210 fuel flange, AN832-4D bulkhead fitting, T-00008 inboard clip, T-00009 outboard clip, and forward bulkhead assemby to T-1201 main tank skin. Used a hand rivet puller per recommendation in the note in page 37-02 to pull the rivets slowly allowing sealant to displace before the rivet is completey set (page 37-02, steps 5, 8, 9, and 11). Broke mandrel on two of the AD-43H rivets in the VA-210 fuel flange (can be seen in photo 2) because I was using the wrong size adapter on hand rivet puller; need to cut them off after sealant dries.
