Decided to start working the flaperons. Had the A-1207-L & -R actuation brackets and A-1206 pivot brackets built. The actuation brackets were fine and all dimensions checked out against the directions on page 18-02, step 1. However, the width for the pivot brackets called out in step 2 is too wide and the #30 pilot hole is aready drilled so the parts will need to be redone. Also, should have been 4 pivot brackets but only 2 were built. AEX Tie Down stock on order from Van's so pivot brackets can be rebuilt.
