Switched gears and started to prepare parts in stall warning section 16. Final drilled and countersunk holes in VA-195A mount plate for switch mount holes (step 1). Final drilled and countersunk vane swivel holes in mount plate and VA-195B keeper plate. Countersunk holes for #8 screw hole in mount plate (step 2). Deburred all holes and edges (step 3). Removed bending tabs and deburred holes and edges on W-1205-L & -R terminal brackets. Successfully match drilled and cut both terminal blocks. When final drilling terminal blocks, screwed up and final drilled #19 the 2 holes where LP4-3 rivets mount block to bracket. Should have been final drilled to #30. Need to order new terminal blocks and start over :(
