Brief Description: Drilled and Countersunk Roll Bar
Prior to removing roll bar assembly from roll bar bases, cut 2x2 wood from crate to fit the inside-to-inside distance of the roll bar at the base. Read on the forums where others had issues getting the roll bar to fit while others had no problem. Decided to use the wood to mantain the inside-to-inside distance and hopefully avoid the problem.
Match drilled inner and outer flanges of roll bar assembly. Deburred all drilled holes in roll bar frames and straps. Countersunk outer flanges of roll bar assembly to accept CS4-4 rivet. Also, countersunk two holes at center of inside flanges. (page 24-02, steps 2 and 3).
