Machine countersunk F-1205B roll bar attach plates (page 23-03, step 1).
Marked and cut out wing spar penetration holes in F-1270 fuselage side skins (page 23-05, steps 1 and 2). Page 23-05 is complete.
Removed tab from aft edge of F-1270 fuselage side skins. Dimpled nutplate attach holes around triangular openings in fuselage side skins. Also dimpled nutplate attach hole at forward top corner of fuselage side skins (page 23-06, steps 4 and 5 - partially completed these steps).
Cut apart vent brackets and vent slides. Final drilled #40 for common holes in vent slides, vent door doubler, and vent door. Also, machine countersunk holes in outer surface of vent doors (page 23-07, steps 1 through 3).
Fabricated lower cowl hinges and associated firewall spacers (page 23-08, steps 1 and 2).
