Cut and marked longerons. A friend who owns a machine shop helped do the bends on the longerons. Took about 4 hours and experienced the same issues that others have, i.e., bend angle in one direction and the angle changed on another plane. Just kept at it until satisfied. Used edge of F-1207C-R baggage bulkhead to simulate fuselage skin so canopy deck could be properly aligned on longeron. Longerons matched drill through holes in canopy deck page 23-02, steps 1 through 4 and step 6). Still need to deburr and clean up longerons (kind of beat up while bending).
Trial fit remaining parts in Section 23 plus upper firewall and panel base to see how everything lined up with longerons. Minor tweaking will be requied but all-in-all, happy with the results. Relieved that the bulk of the longeron experience is behind me.
