Began by fabricating the aft return line but ended up being too short. Time to order more 1/4' 3003 aluminum tubing.
Fabricated forward fuel return line and installed through snap bushings. Flared aft end of tube and installed nut to bulkhead fitting. Installed union bulkhead fitting to firewall shelf and connected fuel return line. (page 28-06, steps 6 through 11).
Torqued all installed fuel supply line and return line B-nuts. Used the method of tightening hand-tight and then tightening another 1/4 turn. Installed torque stripe on all B-nuts.
