Brief Description: Prepped F-1203A Bulkhead and Seat Ramp Floors
Machine countersunk nutplate attached rivet holes along top edge and middle of F-1203A bulkhead. Machine countersunk (120 degrees) the six #30 holes across the top. Also drilled four holes at the bottom of the bulkhead (three holes to 7/16" and one hole to 3/4"). Deburred all holes and edges (page 21-10, steps 6 and 7).
Dimpled nutplate rivet attach holes and #30 holes in seat ramp floors. Also enlarged forward hole on outer edge of each floor to 1/2" (page 21-13, steps 3 through 5).
