Brief Description: Assembled & Installed Seat Assemblies

Marathon build day! Denise was out of town and intention was to prime seat parts and call it a day, but motivation kicked in and kept going and completed seats and got them installed.
Cleaned scuffed parts with Acetone and primed. It's amazing how quickly the Stewart System primer dries so was able to start building about an hour after priming.
Installed seat belt attach lugs and supports to seat ribs (page 21-04, step 9).
Page 21-04 is complete.
Installed nutplate in seat ribs and assembled pulley bracket/seat rib assembly and flaperon mixer bracket/seat rib assembly (page 21-05, steps 3, 6, 7, and 9 through 13).
Page 21-05 is complete.
Installed rivets on crotch strap brackets and installed brackets between another seat rib and the pulley bracket/seat rib assembly and flaperon mixer bracket/seat rib assembly. Also, fabricated seatback hinges (page 21-06, steps 2 through 8).
Page 21-06 is complete.
Match drilled and installed seatback hinges to left and right seat floors. Installed left seat floor, nutplates, seat floor support, and bushings to left seat floor assembly (page 21-07, steps 1 through 4 and 6 through 9).
Page 21-07 is complete.
Installed right seat floor, nutplates, seat floor support, and bushings to right seat floor assembly. Riveted both seat floor assemblies to the F-1204A center section bulkhead. The instructions where not clear which way to install the rivets for the seat assemblies so the pop rivets for the ribs where installed with the manufactured heads on the bulkhead (similar to baggage ribs) and the rivets on the upper flange of the seat floors where installed with the manufactured head on the flange (for visual purposes) (page 21-08, steps 1 through 5).
Page 21-08 is complete.
Finally, riveted forward bulkhead side assemblies, bulkhead caps, and rollers (page 21-09, steps 1 through 5).
