Got the pivot brackets remade and verified that the dimensions are correct. Also, deburred and fluted parts that were lost (A-1204-L & -R outboard nose ribs) (page 18-02, steps 2 and 3).
Page 18-02 is complete.
Riveted A-1208 bracket to A-1210-L inboard nose rib for left flaperon. Clecoed and matched drilled A-1206 pivot brackets and A-1207-L actuation bracket. Deburred parts. Deburred skins and brackets, lightly scuffed with Scotch Brite pad, cleaned with Acetone, and primed. (page 18-04, steps 3 through 8).
Page 18-04 is complete for left flaperon.
Clecoed parts together for RH flaperon, and match drilled holes at each rib. Removed parts, deburred, and riveted outboard nose ribs to counterbalance. Reassembled parts (page 18-03, steps 1 through 4). Clecoed RH outboard nose skin A-1201C-R to counterbalance assembly and spar. Marked counterbalance through pilot holes in leading edge onto counterbalance with Sharpie. Disassembled and punched center of marks on counterbalance with automatic center punch. Drilled #40 holes in counterbalance, then reassembled and final drilled #30 holes. Match drilled and final drilled holes in outboard nose ribs. Disassembled and deburred (page 18-03, steps 5 and 6).
Page 18-03 is complete (LH and RH flaperon).
