Made stall switch ground wire and installed stall warning assembly on left wing nose rib (page 16-03, steps 1 and 2). Installed and clecoed W-1202-L lower mid skin and clecoed per figure 2. Minor adjustment of switch required to actuated switch with minimal travel. Vane rests on bottom of cutout and moves about 1/2 way up the vane cutout to actuate the switch (page 16-03, steps 3 through 5). Made signal wire, connected to NO terminal of switch, and routed wire to most inboard nose rib (page 16-03, steps 6 and 7). Page 16-03 is complete.
Elected to not install string (page 16-04, steps 1 and 2) at this time to facilitate storing wing assemblies vertical on saw horses. String will probably be added when installing lighting wires later in Section 40. Made both ground wires, installed wires on terminal brackets, and temporarily installed terminal brackets on inboard ribs (page 16-04, steps 3 through 7). Denise was a big help with screwdriver on terminal screws. Page 16-04 is complete.
