Brief Description: Installed V-Stab

Drilled V-Stab tip fairing and clecoed. Trimmed aft edge of tip fairing parallel with aft edge of V-Stab skin. (page 11-03, steps 1 through 4) Temporarily installed V-Stab and lower rudder hinge to tail cone (page 11-02, steps 1 through 4). Initially attempted to install rudder but got frustrated and decided the best thing to do was quit for the night and try again tomorrow.
