Riveted bottom left and right skins together and to F-1208, F-1209, and F1210 frames. Riveted left and right lower skins to bottom skins, including F-1283 J-stiffeners (page 10-07, step 3). Page 10-07 is complete.
Turned tail cone over and clecoed aft bulkhead F1211 to tail cone (page 10-08, steps 1 and 2).
Temporarily installed left and right side skins and clecoed to hold in place.
