Brief Description: Replaced Tip Rib and Clecoed V Stab Main Skin
Received new V stab tip rib from Van's today. Removed the old tip rib and compared the old vs. new. Definitely a difference in width at the tip as shown in picture. Trial fit new tip rib and forward holes lined up as expected with no additional radiusing required. Removed scratches using Scotchbrite pad from inner surface of main skin caused by bad fitting rib. Primed inner surface of main skin where scratches were removed and new rib. Installed new rib on V stab rear spar. Clecoed main skin to V stab skeleton (page 06-07, step 1). Some areas were tight but able to get all holes to line up.
